• Transfer into the tub, cover and microwave at High or Auto Cook Selling for 6 minutes then serve.
• Water bath at 100°C for 10 mins. Transfer in a bowl and serve.
• Step 1: Thaw inside the chiller or under tap water bath for 1 hour.
• Step 2: Pan heat at low fire for 6 minutes.
